Walden Riverside Farm is our favorite venue and the one we always recommend when clients are looking for a unique farm setting for their special occasion. The grounds are large, level, and beautiful with plenty of room for tents and parking. The Dutch barn has historic beauty and craftsmanship that can’t be found anywhere else and looks amazing in photos. There’s even a windmill. This is not your newfangled boutique farm, Riverside is the real deal, four generations of the Phelps family have lived and worked here. Sam is warm, helpful, and a pleasure to work with.

We had our wedding at Walden Riverside Farm in September and it turned out beautifully. Everything ran smoothly and efficiently. We had over 200 guests and there was plenty of space for photo stations for guests, two bars, a huge tent, and high tops for cocktail hour. The rustic and stunning farm made for picturesque memories with abundant photo ops. The owners were conscientious and detail oriented. We would highly recommend considering this historic landmark for your wedding or special event.

Walden Riverside Farm is a photographer’s dream. I had the pleasure of photographing a couple there this past year and was almost overwhelmed by options. A beautiful barn, a stunning old growth tree lined gravel drive, wildflower meadows, open fields, wooden fenceline, river bank, etc. A truly incredible setting. The farm exceeded all my expectations! It’s beautiful backdrop made for the perfect location for our ceremony! There were multiple Spots on the farm to get amazing pictures that are truly one of a kind.
